How the Method Works
This is a focused and structured, six-session online tapping course, designed to help you retrain your appetite and behavior with my personal guidance. Step by step.
Each session, we meet online for guided group tapping, reinforcement of the
method, and practical implementation so the shifts become real and lasting.
Instead of taking injections you will be installing “thought injections” into
your brain.
This will involve daily tapping for approximately 10 mins a day.
No previous experience with EFT Tapping is required.
You’ll receive:
•Live group sessions: sessions are recorded for you to go over whenever you wish
• Clear tapping scripts
• Simple behavioral assignments (approximately 10 minutes a day)
• Ongoing structure and accountability
