and is commonly known as Tapping.

EFT is a practical method that involves using the fingers to gently tap on the body's acupuncture points, while verbalising or tuning into a thought.
The therapeutic effects of this technique are recognised around the world.

EFT helps us tune in to the negative patterns that we form around our uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, or troubling memories. The tapping sends a calming message to the the brain. Anyone can tap for themselves.
